If I won the lottery, I wouldn't tell anyone, but there would be signs... A pretzel necklace made entirely of gold with small diamonds as the salt—that would be one of those signs. We brewed this beer back in May to ensure a nice long lager rest to celebrate the 2024 Oktoberfest season, which begins on September 21st. Raise your stein or can... and toss on that pretzel necklace that we all secretly love! Prost to all the neckbeards and the pretzel necklaces!

We really tried to think of something "witty", something "punny" if you will. Nothing came to mind so we put on the old Pondering Hat to see what kind of Wit puns might come to life. This classic wit was brewed with Pilsner and multiple varieties of wheat malt. Lightly hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh and then seasoned with orange peel, coriander, and a special spice that every brewer claims to have heard about. Floral, citrus forward and a mild yet complimentary spice. Great in the heat, even better with an oyster tower!

A Belgian inspired Witbier. Perfect for multiple pints on a long summers day. Brewed with our friends over at Farm.One. Inspired by light refreshing wheat beer. A true summer staple up and down the East Coast. The Farm. One team were generous enough to harvest fresh marigold gems to add to this crusher of a beverage.

Forget Shark Week. Beach Creature is here for the summer. Possibly the most frightening thing to ever lurk around the seas. Its reign of terror stretches from Mavericks Beach to Coney Island. No shore is safe! This take on a classic West Coast IPA was brewed on a 2-Row base with a touch of a few specialty malts to give it a nice but mild malty backbone. Copious amounts of Cascade and Chinook were added hot side in multiple additions which present tons of citrus rind and grapefruit, Clean. Dry. Appropriately bitter.

Packing the car? Traffic? Sand literally everywhere? Seagulls stealing your food? Horrible. NYC has a solution to that! Why hit the sand when you can just hit Tar Beach right on the roof!!! A tropical IPA perfect for that old beach chair while you sizzle your skin!

The lawn is in need or a trimming. Bust out the lawn master, crack a can or three and give that grass the haircut it desverves! Brewed with Pils, Spelt and Munich and hopped entirely with German Perle. Dangerously crushable. Bready, crisp, and refreshing. Lots of flavor in a little beer

Another Summer, another No Seasons collaboration, another take on Belgian yeast strains. Theo channelled his inner Monk and his inner Juice Boi. The powers that be lead to a Belgian IPA. A 50/50 grain bill of Pilsner malt and several varieties of wheat, treated with orange zest and a hit of freshly muddled coriander. We then hopped it with Citra and El Dorado and then proceeded to dry hop it with more Citra, El Dorado, and Idaho 7. Is New Belgian IPA a thing?
