Ever been in between jobs for like a week or two? You're not on anyone's schedule but yours. Catch that matinee, go ahead,have that second drink with lunch. Celebrate that temporary freedom. We brew this DIPA with a heavy amount of oats, on top of a base of pilsner malt. Hopped irresponsibly with Citra, Rakau, and Motuka and topped off with a big dose of Citra Hyperboost from our good friends at Yakima Chief Hops. No clocks were punched in the making of this beer!
Springtober Fest is upon us! Days are getting slightly longer so cheers to that. It is still a little brisk out so here's a nice springe offering to still keep you toasty in that windbreaker. Our take on the German classic maibock. Bready and biscuit up front. A nice restrained malt sweetness followed by a clean floral noble hop character
A collaboration with good friends from Staten Island. Hazy beer on nitro, why not? Pilsner, Malted Oats, Golden Naked Oats Raw White Wheat, and Flaked Oats. Heavily hopped with our hand-selected CY2025 Simcoe from YCH and a touch of Kohia Nelson from Freestyle Farms to add an extra layer of tropical dankness. Super smooth, super creamy, super crushable! Served only on nitro.
Joint venture with Cantina Cantina. We both wanted to feature two ingredients that we don't see much in West Coast IPA. Rice and Rye. So we cooked up this WCIPA with puffed jasmine rice, and Weyermann Cararye. Balanced in all the best ways. Clean bitterness, a balanced malt profile, and well-received aroma and flavor from the hop bill. Hopped with our CY2025 Strata and Chinook and a small dose of Citra Dynaboost on the hot side. Heavily hopped again in dry hop with more Strata, Chinook, and Citra. Floral, dank, and pithy.
Brewed in conjunction with Biting Back NYC. Four different artists were tapped to create a unique label for each can. IPA brewed with Pilsner, Malted Oats,and Flaked Oats. Hopped heavily with Simcoe, Citra and Nectaron. Super tropical. Notes of passion fruit, sumo orange, pineapple, peach and lychee.
Our long-standing house ale features satisfying malt flavors of toffee and biscuit with a clean, bittersweet finish. A superb full-flavored yet crushable beer. Served on nitro for a creamy mouthfeel.
Fruited Sour with Blueberry and Raspberry. Very drinkable, nice acidity and very refreshing.
Simple.Clean. Crisp. Cold fermented ale with a focus on easy drinkability. Light and dry. Hopped with Cascade. A nice even balance of floral and citrus forward hop aroma. Toasted cracker, flaked ceral and properly doughy
Malt bomb alert! This big, 7.4%, baltic porter is loaded to the gills with malt deliciousness. 2-row barley base with T. Fawcett amber malt, T. Fawcett Cyrstal Rye, T. Fawcett Brown Malt, Roasted Barley, and Black Malt on top. This beer will take your taste buds on a journey through the full spectrum of the lovibond scale all the way to the dark side. Fermented cold with our house lager strain which smooths out all of the malt insanity we packed into this guy. Be you wary, the dark drifter is coming for you!

Each sip comes with heavy waves of "Please Take Me Back" as you stare at those vacation flicks. Hopped with Cascade, Strata and Chinook. Tropical, lush, and dangerously crushable. PTO in a glass!
