Introducing the third iteration of "The Karaoke Kid" - a ramen friendly beer project that we are developing with our good friends at Tonchin. Packed full of malty melodies of toffee, caramel, honey and biscuit and generously hopped with Idaho7 and Centennial giving this crowd pleaser a lovely orange marmalade and citrusy hop character. This brew will be belting out a 1, 2 flavor punch to your tasty buds and is designed to perform the perfect duet with everyone's favorite Japanese dish (..err bowl?).
